Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (VALEE TIGER) in the presence of Trainer S.S.F. Hassan that his instructions were to go to front or sit close 2nd/3rd and do his best in the straight, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and his mount suddenly ducked in at about the 600 mtrs catching him unaware and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
 
Jockey Ajit Singh (SAN VINTO) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs under use of whip in the process forcing out VIJAY'S HARMONY (N.S. Parmar).
