Racing Incidents

Permission has been granted to Trainer M.F. Ali Khan to saddle NEGRESS PRINCESS (A. Ashhad Asbar) on behalf of Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas at both the Trainer’s risk and liability.

REACH THE HEIGHTS (App. Rafique Sk) reared up inside the gate and turned around, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. 

As Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (NEGRESS PRINCESS) got injured inside the gates and declared medically unfit to ride for the day, the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders.

PROCLOAMATION (R.J. Hannam) tried to brush the front gates and got stuck under the gates, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. 

Jockey Y.S. Srinath (WILD WINGS) was fined Rs. 3000/- for making no efforts to prevent his mount from shifting in before the red marker, in the process forcing in and bumping RAHIL (Deep Shanker ) and ISLAND QUEEN (P. Ajeeth Kumar) racing on his inside.

Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (ISLAND QUEEN) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 800 mtrs in the process forcing out PATRON SAINT (Aneel). 

Jockey Nakhat Singh (BE SURE) was fined Rs. 3,000/- for shifting in under the use of whip at about the 200 mtrs in the process bumping and causing interference to VALLEE BLOOMER (App. Md. Ismail) and ISLAND QUEEN (P. Ajeeth Kumar).

NEW COMER (App. C.P. Bopanna) trailed the field and also lost the left fore shoe during running of the race.  However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.

SAM THE BRAVE (N. Rawal) and ANTWERP (B.R. Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race.

VALLEE BLOOMER (App. Md. Ismail) returned lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.
