Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ONE ONE ONE) in the presence of Trainer R.H. Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close 3rd/4th and do his best in the straight but due to slow initial pace, he found himself in front soon after the start as such he was forced to make his running in front in the initial stages of the race.  The Trainer while confirming the above added that in the previous race his charge was not holding the bit for greater part of the race, as such he opted to use equipment “TS” in this race which showed remarkable improvement in the performance of his charge was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey Ajit Singh (MAAHISMATHI) that his mount was throwing her head up throughout the race due to which he could not ride out his mount on an even keel was noted.  Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of App. Md. Ismail (AIR SALUTE) that his instructions were to go to front which he could not follow due to wall of horses racing in front soon after the start and thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action.  The App. was further cautioned for shifting out soon after entering the straight and taking the ground of MOKA (C. Umesh).
