DOUBLY SURE (Kiran Naidu) and THUNDERING (Prashant P. Dhebe) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 length each.
 
Jockey Koushik (SHAKESPHERE) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start.
 
Explanation of Jockey C. Umesh (MAX) that his mount was keen soon after the start as such he could not ride out his mount on even keel, in the process shifted out and forced out PROMISE OF HAPPINESS (A.M. Tograllu) at about the 1000 mtrs was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future. 
 
Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (DOUBLY SURE) that his mount was keen in the initial stages of the race as such he could not ride out his mount on even keel while negotiating the bend due to wall of horses racing in front in the process shifted out, forcing out STORY TELLER (App. C.P. Bopanna) was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to exercise greater control over his mount in future. 
 
STORY TELLER (App. C.P. Bopanna) lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race.  However, the colt was trotting sound after the race.
 
Explanation of trainer D. Netto with regard to the improved performance of his charge PALSY WALSY (Deepak Singh) the winner of this race as compared to the previous races that his charge was running for the 1st time in a maiden handicap race and the set also being weaker as compared to the previous races where the gelding ran in a term race at equal weight with high rated horses, his charge could manage to go to front and set his own pace and sent on to win a race.  The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge and gelding was available at longer odds was noted.  Trainer D. Netto was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
