Explanation of Jockey N. Rawal (BAYWATCHBABE) that his mount jumped out slowly and after travelling few strides suddenly got keen and in trying to control, he accidentally clipped the heels of the front runners at about the 800 mtrs and got unbalanced on the mount was noted. Jockey N. Rawal was cautioned to be more careful in future failing he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.  
 
MAN APART (A. Sandesh) jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Trainer K. Satheesh was fined Rs. 5,000/- for improved performance of his charge HAPPY TOGETHER (Nakhat Singh) winner of this race, who finished off board in all her previous runs.  The Trainer was further warned to ensure that his charge race more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ONE ONE ONE) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount was gaining  ground gradually inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Sandesh (MAN APART) that he felt something wrong with his mount in the final 300 mtrs, as such he stopped his riding in the final stages of the race was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 5,000/- for failing to persevere with in the final stages of the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting sound after the race,
 
ESCALATING STRIKER (G. Naresh) sustained superficial injuries over both hind.  However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
