Consequent to Jockey Akshay Kumar not being available to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on NEW STATE.

Permission has been granted to Trainer Sk. Kassam to saddle ROSE PETAL (G. Naresh) on behalf of Trainer K.V. Srinivas at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

Jockey B.Dileep (SPACE SHIP) was severely reprimanded for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs whilst travelling on the rails for no apparent reason and thereafter failing to persevere with this mount in the final stages of the race. 

Explanation of Jockey Koushik (CYMBAL) that he was denied a clear run from about 400 mtrs to 200 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage. As this confirmed our observation, the explanation of Jockey was noted. 

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (NEW STATE) was cautioned for shifting out under use of the whip in the final stages of the race. 

Explanation of App. Surya Prakash (HANDSOME BOY) that his mount was keen soon after the start in the process shifted out and thereafter his mount was trying to run out throughout the race and shifted out while negotiating the final bend inspite of his best efforts, noted.  The App. was however, advised to exercise greater control over his mount in whilst negotiating the bends  in future.
