Explanation of App. Md. Ismail (SUPER ACT) that his mount stumbled soon after the start, as such he could not position his mount well up with the field as instructed in the initial stages of the race.  As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.
 
Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (CRIMSON FIRE) in the presence of Trainer M. Satyanaryana that his instructions were to go to front or position close 2nd/3rd and to do his best in the straight which he could not follow as he was denied a clear run due to horses racing in front in the initial stages of the race and thereafter he did his best in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 5000/- for failing to make sufficient efforts to go to front or position close 2nd/3rd in the initial stages of the race thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage in the final stages of the race and the Jockey was further cautioned to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (DROGAN) that he felt something wrong with his mount, as such he pulled up his mount at about the 200 mtrs and dismounted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt was trotting lame on left fore due to fracture of both proximal seasamoids. Due to above the running of YOGYA (App. B.R. Kumar) got hampered at about the 300 mtrs.
