Explanation of App. B. R. Kumar (WINGS OF EAGLES) that he lost his whip accidentally at about 300 mtrs as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter was not accepted and the App. was fined  Rs.1,000/- for losing his whip at the crucial juncture of the race.

Jockey Deepak Singh (VALEE TIGER) was cautioned for shifting out at about 1600 metres in the process forcing out ON THE FIRE (A. Ashhad Asbar).
