Racing Incidents

An objection lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar (TETRA RAMA) placed 2nd by the Judge against the Winner AGNI (S. Zervan) that" he took my ground at about the 150 mtrs when my mount was in full of running, he came on to me due to which I had to stop my riding and shifted out and came with re run, that cost me a certain race" was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placings remained unaltered.
 
However, Jockey S. Zervan (AGNI) was fined a sum of Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and taking the ground of TETRA RAMA (Akshay Kumar) at about the 150 mtrs,.
 
The first three placed horses in the race viz., AGNI, TETRA RAMA and MON GENERAL have been sampled.
