Explanation of Jockey B.R. Kumar (MIND READER) that his instructions were to go to front and maintain a lead of 1 to 1 1/2 length and do his best in the straight but as his mount was keen, he could not hold resulting in his mount taking a long lead until entering into straight, was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for failing to follow the given instructions by taking long lead in the initial stages of the race resulting in his mount tiring and dropping back in the final stages of the race.

O' BRIEN (App. R. Ajinkya) dropped back from about the 600 mtrs while traveling with front runners and finishing the course at the rear end of the field. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding has sharp molars on both sides. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.Trainer Arjun Anne was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockeys N. Rawal (GOLDEN FARASKA) and A.A. Vikrant (THAT'S MY KING) that their mounts did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race and finished the course distance behind inspite of their best efforts. Respective Trainers K.S.V. Prasad Raju and S.S.F. Hassan were advised for a better performance in future.
