App. Gaurav Singh (ALLISTON) was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting in soon after the start in the process taking the ground of ANGEL TESORO (B.R. Kumar).

Explanation of Jockey Ajit Singh (ROYAL TIGER) that his mount was keen and in trying to control, shifted out at about the 900 mtrs and forced out ANGEL TESORO (B.R. Kumar) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting and forcing out ANGEL TESORO (B.R. Kumar).

Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (RUN RUNNER RUN) that his mount was keen and in trying to control, shifted out at about the 900 mtrs forcing out SMARTY (G. Naresh), CITY OF WISDOM (Akshay Kumar) and GUIDING FORCE (App. Santosh Raj N R) was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 1000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.

Explanation of Jockey B.R. Kumar (ANGEL TESORO) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he could not position, as his mount got interfered soon after the start and again at about the 900 mtrs, as such he was forced to travel wide and at the rear end of the field until entering the straight and thereafter he did his best was confirmed by Trainer Sk. Waseem Ahmed was noted for future reference.

Jockey Akshay Kumar (CITY OF WISDOM) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the final stages of the race.

MY DREAM (Praveen Gaddam) lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
