Racing Incidents

On a report from the Stipendiary Stewards that SISCO trained by Mr. M.F. Ali Khan an acceptor in the above race was not declared to start thereby contravening Rule 140 (a) read in conjunction with Rule 142 of the H.R.C., Rules of Racing, the Stewards fined Trainer M.F. Ali Khan a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for having accepted with his charge when the above horse is under medication and subsequently not declaring to start.

AAROHI (A.A. Vikrant) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

TOP SPRINT (App. R. Ajinkya) was trotting short on both fore. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
