Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ONE ONE ONE) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer R.H,. Sequeira was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed sharp molars on both sides.

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (MISS LILY) that he was forced to check his mount and change course at about the 200 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front. As this confirmed out observation, Jockeys explanation was noted.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (CHARLIE BROWN) that his mount shied and stumbled at the patch near 400 mtrs due to which he got unbalanced on his saddle and thereafter the gelding was reluctant to raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts, was noted for future reference.

Explanation of App. R. Ajinkya (AVANTIKA) that his mount was denied a clear run soon after the start due to wall of horses racing in front and in the straight when asked for an effort his mount did not raise a fluent gallop. Trainer S. Sreekant while confirming the above added that his charge in this race is running with a tougher bunch of horses as compared to the previous race which being a weaker set of horses and of the same age group, as such his charge did not keep up with the field was noted.  However, the Trainer was cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
