Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (MAXWELL) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners, but the horse was restless and not standing properly in the stall, he took a slow jump, as such he could not position his mount as instructed and thereafter he did his best was noted.
App. Afroz Khan (JO MALONE) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Deepak Singh (UNSTOPPABLE) that his mount did not show initial speed as such he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities and the gelding was trotting sound after the race. Trainer D. Netto while confirming the above added that he has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges poor performance was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (DAZZLING KING) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.

Explanation of App, Surya Prakash (BARBOSELLA) that his mount did not show initial speed, as such he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and thereafter his mount did not show any interest in the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.

Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting short on both fore. 

Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
