Racing Incidents

Permission has been granted to Trainer M.F. Ali Khan to saddle TOP CONTENDER (Imran Chisty) on behalf of Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

SARVATRA (Mukesh Kumar) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to be suffering from respiratory distress, as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under Starters' orders. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

SHANDAAR (App. Surya Prakash) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

App. Jitendra Singh (PRINCE CASPIAN) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process forcing out GLADSTONE (Irvan Singh).

Explanation of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh with regard to dismal performance of his charge SCOOBY DOOBY DOO (Akshay Kumar) placed 7th in the race that his charge is running after long time due to a set back and other than this he has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance was noted. 

Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
