ON MY WAY (A.A. Vikrant) slow into stride losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

Explanation of Trainer Laxman Singh with regard to improved performance of his charge THE GREAT GATSBY (A. Ashhad Asbar) winner of this race that his charge in R. No. 70 was niggled in the initial stages of the race to go to front because of which the colt got keen in the initial stages of the race resulting in tiring and dropped back in the straight, as compared to the present race where the colt could go to front easily and set its own pace, the 200 mtrs less to travel has been to his charges advantage and went on to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge but given a chance was noted.  Trainer Laxman Singh was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

Explanation of Jockey Neeraj RAwal (FRANCIS BACON) that his mount droppbed back from about the 300 mtrs in the straight whilst travelling with front runners inspite of his best efforts was noted for future rererence.

MIDNIGHT DREAM (Imran Chisty) returned lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
