Racing Incidents

Consequent to Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar to be substituted on ASTRONAUT

Consequent to Jockey Mukesh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Praveen Gaddam to be substituted on GREEK SOUL.

TURF MONARCH (App. Afroz Khan) was examined at the Starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore. as such the colt has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

Explanation of Jockey Irvan Singh (FANTASTIC SHOW) that his mount was hanging in throughout the race as such he could not ride out his mount to the complete advantage, noted. Trainer S. Sreekant was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (ASTRAONAUT) that his mount got keen at about the 900 mtrs, scraped the rails and jumped over the shadows taking him by surprise.

Jockey Akshay Kumar (PEAKY BLINDERS) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the final stages of the race more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
