GOLD LABEL (App. Jitendra Singh) suddenly fell and dislodged the rider 100 mtrs after the race.  Due to above fall, WHISKERY (Md. Ismail) who was racing directly behind collided with the fallen horse, stumbled and dropped the rider. Both the App. and Jockey were given immediate medial aid and App. Jitendra Singh was shifted to Hospital for better treatment and both the App. and Jockeys were declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day. Subsequent Veterinary examination of GOLD LABEL revealed that the gelding was unable to get up on its hind legs due to fracture of caudal vertebrae, as such the gelding was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.
 
The Stewards of the Club called for an equiry immediately after the running of this race into the fall of the two Jockeys i.e. App. Jitendra Singh (GOLD LABEL) and Jockey Md. Ismail (WHISKERY). The Stewards after viewing the replay of running of the race on the CCTV in conjunction with that of the evidence tendered by the Stipendiary Stewards and acting on their own observation of the race, have resolved that:
 
            “the incident was purely an accident, as such no action beyond noting the same was taken and ordered the
             Clerk of Scales to give “All Clear".
 
Due to above fall, the running of BEDAZZLED (Nakhat Singh), NEGRESS PRINCESS (Koushik) and GOLDEN FARASKA (G. Naresh) who were racing directly behind got hampered.
HOPSCOTCH (Kuldeep Singh) sustained cut injury over left fore inside pastern. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
BEDAZZLED (Nakhat Singh) lost its right fore shoe during running of the race. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
WHISKERY (Md. Ismail) lost its right fore shoe during the running of the race and was also trotting lame on left fore due to knee joint sprain.
