Consequent to Jockey A.A. Vikrant having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Mukesh Kumar to be substituted on GUSTY NOTE.
 
Consequent to App. Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Md.Iismail to be substituted on GLENDALE.
 
Consequent to Jockey C. Umesh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar to be substituted on GREEK SOUL.
 
MEHRZAD (Praveen Gaddam) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
Explanation of Jockey Suraj Narredu (AMYRA) that his mount turned the head as the start was effected, because of which he lost about 1 or 2 lengths, as such he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer L.D’ Silva while confirming the above added that his charge runs better when she is in front but as she lost ground soon after the start, she did not like travelling in the bunch as such poor performance was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding sustained bruised injuries over right hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey C.P. Bopanna (ELEGANT STROKE) that his mount jumped out awkwardly and thereafter was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examinations revealed that the gelding sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
 
MEHRZAD (Praveen Gaddam) returned lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.
 
DIFFERENT (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
