Consequent to Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar not being available to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Akash Rajput to be substituted on NEFERTITI.
 
ANGELITA (R. Manish) got loose while proceeding to the Starting gates and ran the course riderless, as such on the request of Trainer M.F. Ali Khan, the filly was withdrawn before coming under starters orders.
 
NEFERTITI (Akash Rajput) dropped the rider while loading, as such the filly was withdrawn before coming under starters’ orders, SSC revoked.
 
SOLOIST (Koushik) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Explanation of Jockey Koushik (SOLOIST) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight but as his mount jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and did not show initial speed, he could not position well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and filly gradually gained ground in the straight was confirmed by Trainer R.H. Sequeira was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey C.S. Jodha (BRUNO) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened his strides and dropped back in the final 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts was noted.
 
BURANO (Akshay Kumar) was denied a clear run from about 300 mtrs to 200 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front.
 
Jockey Kiran Naidu (QUALITY WARRIOR) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
