Racing Incidents

HORUS (T.S. Jodha) stumbled on more than one occasion in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.  

Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (MIRANA) that he was unable to settle his mount for greater part of the race and also his saddle moved back in the straight as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage was not accepted  and the Jockey was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future. Further, Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was cautioned to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge (MIRANA) whose saddle moved back during the running of the race.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (FIRE POWER) that he was unable to position his mount as instructed in the initial stages of the race due to crowding of the runners racing in front and thereafter in the straight his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh and was noted for future reference.
