BIG DAY (Nakhat Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.

Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (N R I FLAME) that he hit the false rails at about the 900 mtrs resulting in he got unbalance in the saddle as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter and finished the course at rear end inspite of his best efforts, noted.  The Jockey was however, cautioned to be more careful in future failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

Three (3) objections were lodged against App. Afroz Khan, rider of AIBAK, winner of the race:

1st Objection: was lodged by App, Gaurav Singh (BERKELEY) placed 2nd by the Judge that " in the last 100 mtrs while my horse was full of running the winner has ducked out badly obstructing my horse and breaking the rhythm and stride of my horse (being a big horse) that cost me a certain race”

2nd Objection was lodged by Jockey Ajit Singh (STARK) placed 3rd by the Judge that" the winner drifted out in the final 50 mtrs and took my ground due to which I had lost a certain race”

3rd objection was lodged by Mr. Laxman Singh, Trainer of STARK, placed 3rd by the judge that “in last 50 mtrs when my big striding horse was full of running, the winner came in front of my charge, as such Jockey has to stop riding that cost me a certain race”.

After enquiry, the Stewards overruled all three (3) objections lodged by the respective App/Jockeys and concerned Trainer and judges placing remained unaltered.

The Stewards of the Club suspended App. Afroz Khan (AIBAK) from riding in races w.e.f. 1st September 2021 to 5th September 2021 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shifted in at about the 100 mtrs in the process caused interference to GOLDEN FORZA (Mukesh Kumar) racing on the rails and thereafter maintained an erratic course in the final stages of the race causing inconvenience to STARK (Ajit Singh) racing behind.

The App. is however permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.
