PACIFIC COMMAND (App. Abhay Singh) was reluctant to be stalled inspite of several attempts, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.
 
Jockey Kiran Naidu (SHELDON) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start crowding the runners drawn on his outside resulting in interference to MORIOR INVICTUS (P. Ajeeth Kumar).
 
Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (ARCHANGELS) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his mount jumped out awkwardly due to which he lost his left stirrup iron which he could regain only after traveling few strides and thereafter in the straight when asked for an effort his mount did not raise a winning gallop and dropped back inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he had no plausible explanation to offer with respect to his charges poor performance was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey R Ajinkya (BERNINI) that his mount stopped galloping in the final 200 mtrs as such he could not ride out his mount thereafter was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned to ride out his mount past the post in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey C S Jodha (FLYING SCOTSMAN) that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer S K Sunderji.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on both hinds.
