Consequent to NEW HUSTLE having won a Race on Saturday, 29/01/2022, as per the general conditions of the Prospectus the gelding was permitted to carry a statutory penalty of 5 kgs, in this race i.e. the gelding carried weight of 57.5 kgs.

Consequent to App. Afroz Khan not being available to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Rafique Sk to be substituted on RACING RANI

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar(SOLAR ECLIPSE) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Dashrath Singh (THAT'S MY WAY) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. The Jockey was however cautioned for failing to improve his position in the initial stages of the race.

App. Abhay Singh (HIP HOP) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Rohit Kumar (N R I BLUE) that his instructions were to go to front and wait until challenged by the other horses in the straight as the gelding has a small dash, which he tried to follow till entering the straight and thereafter he did his best was confirmed by Trainer G. Shashikanth was noted for future reference.

ASTURIAS (App. Santosh Raj N R) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised for a better performance in future.

Jockey B. Nikhil (NEW HUSTLE) reported that his mount was hanging in,  in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
