Explanation of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh with regard to the improved performance of his charge THUNDER ROAD (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race, that his charge was always consistent when ran in a 6 furlong races except previous race i.e. Race No. 186 which being a mile race his charge did not relish the extra 400 mtrs to travel.  This race being a 6 furlong race for horses aged 5 years old and upward, a better Jockey in the saddle has been to his charges advantage and managed to win was not accepted and Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was fined Rs.5,000/- for inconsistent running his charge in quick span of time.
