Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (MALIBU) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure in the process shifted in, in the final 100 mtrs causing interference to THEO'S CHOICE (P. Sai Kumar) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.

Jockey P. Vikram (ASHWA SULTAN) and App. R S Jodha (BLUE LABEL) were fined Rs. 2000/- each for tender handling of their mounts in the initial stages of the race.

Explanation of Jockey Dhanu S Deora (I AM SUPERMAN) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, Trainer Magan Singh Parmar while confirming the above added that he too baffled with the running of his charge and had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges dismal performance was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (SILK) that his instructions were to go to front and make his move from about the 600 mtrs which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly shortened her strides and started dropping back from about the 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted.
