Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (VIJAYA) in the presence of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy that he was interfered at about the 1100 mtrs due to which he lost his position in the initial stages of the race and thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (SHADOW OF THE MOON) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close with front runners but due to fast initial pace, he could not position as instructed and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount was hanging in, in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race.
 
Jockey B Nikhil (SMART STRIKER) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of App. Aforz Khan (WINDSOR) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
