Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. S. Britto was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge KING OF GOOD TIMES as regards shoeing. REPLENISH (Ahsan Qureshi) planted in the starting gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must accept not with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendi- ary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. Jockey S.A.De Sousa, the rider of RETRO QUEEN, reported that his mount was hanging `in` during the final stages of the race. Jockey S.A.De Sousa, the rider of RETRO QUEEN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
