Racing Incidents
Trainer Anil Kumar has been fined Rs.3000/- for late submission of the Declaration form in respect of his charge ITSRACINGAFTERALL. ITSRACINGAFTERALL (S.S.Baria) was inclined to lug in the early part of the race. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. Passing the 800 metres ELEMENTTO STYLE (Daniel M. Grant) shifted out and inconvenienced GOLDEN ROCK (G.Oza) and later on ELEMENTTO STYLE (Daniel Grant) was inconvenienced when POMME DE TERRE (Nirmal Jodha) shifted out. On questioning, Jockey Nirmal Jodha stated that his mount ran unsettled in the race, may be due to the blinkers which were being used for the first time. As such, no action was initiated against Jockey Nirmal Jodha. However, Jockey Daniel M Grant has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
