Racing Incidents
Trainer Bezan Chenoy has been fined Rs.1000/- for presenting his charge LAHINCH without the Blinkers, equipment for the use of which prior permission was obtained. The horse ran with the Blinkers. After the race, DYNAMIC CAT was found to be sore by left fore leg. The horse has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
