Racing Incidents
Near 1000 metres, BATISTA (C.Rajendra) shifted out and at the same time STAR OF ROSES (Y.S.Srinath) who was racing keenly, shifted in as the colt was being settled, which resulted in STAR OF ROSES clipping the hind heels of BATISTA and stumble. Jockey Y.S.Srinath reported that after the above incident his mount was not interested in the race. After the race, BATISTA was observed to have an abrasion on the right shoulder.
