Racing Incidents
DIPLOMATIC LICENCE (S.P.Ranjane) was slow in the strides, losing about 2 lengths at the start. The explanation of Jockey Vikram Jodha (PERFECT STRENGTH) that he had used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit as his mount lugged-in in the straight and he had used the whip as a corrective measure, was accepted. Trainer Subhag Singh has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt. Jockey D.K.Ashish (LUSTY) reported that he found his mount uncomfortable in the straight. The Sr.V.O. was requested to examine the filly and he reported that LUSTY was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
