After jump out, MISTER MEDDLE (Altaf Sayyed) stopped galloping and took no part in the race. Since the gelding had behaved in a similar manner in his previous race, Trainer D.J.Surti has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

DÉJÀ VU (Nirmal Jodha) hung out in the straight and raced along the outer rails. Since the gelding has behaved in a similar manner in its last two starts, Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock race, before next accepting to race.

HOME FACTOR (Neeraj Rawal) hung out in the straight. Trainer Ivor Fernandes has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

Jockey S.Zervan (STEP UP) has been fined Rs.3000/- for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.

After the race, ANGELS QUEST was found to be sound but having a gum injury. DÉJÀ VU and HOME FACTOR were found to be sound. STEP UP had a cut injury at the right hock.
