Racing Incidents

At the request of Trainer Narendra Lagad, GOLD NECKLACE was examined at 0730 hours on 20/03/2014 and was found to be sore by the right fore leg and had a swelling on the right fore fetlock, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race. 

Trainer Suresh Chavan has been fined Rs.1,000/- for racing his charge BLUE KNIGHT with bandages without obtaining prior permission.

TARA (Kavraj Singh) was inclined to lug-in in the straight. Trainer Magansingh P.Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare.

The Sr.V.O. reported that after the race BLUE KNIGHT was observed to be returning sore from the right fore leg. The gelding was given First aid treatment on the Track and sent to the Equine Hospital by Horse Ambulance for further management. BLUE KNIGHT has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

After the race, TARA was found to be sound.
