Racing Incidents

There was a double declaration of Jockey P. Trevor by Trainer M. K. Jadhav on AME and by Trainer Mansoor Shah on WESTERN LIGHTS in this race. After questioning all concerned, Trainer Mansoor Shah has been fined Rs.1,000/- for declaring Jockey P. Trevor on his charge WESTERN LIGHTS without his consent.
 
At the start, ADVANCE TO CONTACT (Amyn Merchant, dr.11) jumped inwards on to TENNESSEE (R. Ajinkya, dr.10) who had to be steadied.
 
Soon after the start, Q’E’D (Neeraj Rawal) shifted inwards and went on to PRICELESSGIRL (D. A. Naik) who had to be steadied. Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been cautioned.
 
Soon after the start, EAGLE SPIRIT (C. S. Jodha) shifted in under urging and bumped PRICELESSGIRL (D A. Naik). Jockey C. S. Jodha has been fined Rs. 2,000/-
 
MONZA (D. S. Daman) was declared to run with bandages, however, the gelding raced without the bandages. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been fined Rs.1,000/- for the lapse.
 
After the race, PRICELESSGIRL and TENNESSEE were trotted and found to be sound.
