Racing Incidents

Jockey A. Sandesh (TASAWWUR) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his second offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2018/19, he has been fined Rs.5,000/-.
 
After the race, Jockey Suraj Narredu (STAR SUPERIOR) reported that his mount hung out from the 1000 metres onwards. Trainer Rajesh Narredu has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race his charge.
 
After the race, STAR SUPERIOR was trotted and found to be sound.
