Racing Incidents

At the start, BRIANNA (C.S. Jodha, dr.8) jumped outwards and made contact with GRACIDA (Nirmal Jodha, dr. 9).
 
After the race, App. A. S. Peter (VICTORIOUS SPIRIT) reported the loss of whip passing the 300 metres. This being his second instance of whip loss during the current Mumbai Meeting 2020/21, he has been fined Rs.2,000/-.
 
Soon after the start, Jockey Amyn Merchant’s (DOWSABEL) right rein was observed to have slipped momentarily.
 
The Sr. V.O. reported that SACHERTORTE was found to be in distress after the finish of the race. No treatment was given and the gelding recovered after rest. 
 
After the race, BRIANNA was found to be sore by the right hind leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
