Racing Incidents

Jockey Suraj Narredu was declared to ride PRICELESS GOLD.
 
Trainer Prasanna Kumar P. has been fined Rs.3,000/- for putting in late declaration in respect of his charge NISUS.
 
Trainer S.S.Attaollahi has been fined Rs.1,000/- for not producing the registered Racing Colours in respect of his charge LAGARDE (Akshay Kumar). The colt raced in emergency colours i.e. “ALL BLACK”.
 
At the start LAGARDE (Akshay Kumar, dr.1) jumped outwards thereby bumping and forcing ASHWA BRAVO (P.Trevor, dr.2) on to RAYS OF SUN (T.S.Jodha, dr.3). Due to this incident, PRICELESS GOLD (Suraj Narredu, dr.4) was also inconvenienced.
 
Passing the 1800 metres, ASHWA SHEHANSHAH (Dashrath Singh) veered outwards and thereafter ran detached from the field. Trainer Md. Sajid Qureshi has been asked to take remedial measures and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock Race before next accepting to race.
 
Passing the 1800 metres, ASHWA BRAVO (P.Trevor) shifted out thereby bumping and inconveniencing LIVE BY NIGHT (A.Sandesh). On being questioned after the race, Jockey P.Trevor stated that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race. Trainer M.Srinivas Reddy has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.
 
Passing the 500 metres, PRICELESS GOLD (Suraj Narredu) shifted out and bumped SUMMER NIGHT (N.S.Parmar) who in turn shifted out and made contact with VENEZUELA (Neeraj Rawal). On being questioned after the race, Jockey Suraj Narredu stated that LIVE BY NIGHT (A.Sandesh) weakened and dropped back and in order to avoid clipping the heels, he was forced to changed course. As the same was borne out on the video recording, no action was initiated.
 
Jockey Y.S.Srinath (ROARING TIGER) has been fined Rs.3,000/- for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
 
The Sr. V.O. reported that LAGARDE was declared to run with bandages on both fore legs but ran without the bandages. Trainer S.S.Attaollahi has been fined Rs.1,000/- for his lapse.

After the race, LAGARDE was observed to have a cut injury at the left hind cannon and PRICELESS GOLD had a gum injury. ASHWA SHEHANSHAH and STORM TRIGGER were found to be sound in the trot.
