Racing Incidents
Passing the 400 metres SIR SUPREMO (Akshay Kumar) stopped galloping. On examination by the Club’s Sr.V.O. the gelding was found to be sore by the right fore leg and was unable to bear weight on the affected limb. On further examination at the Equine Hospital, superficial digital flexor tendon (SDFT) and Deep digital Flexor tendon (DDFT) of right fore was found blown up. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race. The Sr. V.O. reported that ANJEZE was declared to run without bandages but ran with bandages on all four legs. Trainer S.S.Attaollahi has been fined Rs.1,000/- for his lapse.
