Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was questioned regarding the running of his charge OWN VOICE. His explanations that (a) it was the first time the filly was running over 1400 metres ; (b) he would run the filly once again over the same distance to assess its ability to perform over longer distances keeping in mind the upcoming classic races ; (c) he would shift over to the shorter distance in case the filly fails to perform upto the mark were noted for future reference
