Racing Incidents
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S. John, the rider of CUTE ANGEL to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading "Use of Whips" in that he excessively used the whip on his mount in the above race (4th infringement during the meeting). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey S. John. After deliberations, they decided to deprive Jockey S. John the whip in Races and Track Work with immediate effect up to and including 2nd April 2010.
