The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 27th March 2010 and examined trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar. After deliberations, they fined trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar Rs.10,000/- for the possession/use of Mobile Phone without the payment of requisite charges thereby contravening the Stewards instructions pertaining to Mobile Phone
