Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge SUPERLATIVO. Subsequently `all black` emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey Harish, the rider of LADZONE, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course in the final 200 Metres. Jockey M. Mark, the rider of EIGHTH WONDER, reported that his mount`s action was scratchy in the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormalities were reported. However trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
