Racing Incidents
Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of BERLUSCONI, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing in.
Jockey F.K. Shabuddin, the rider of SCIMITAR, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course whereby he came in and inconvenienced MIGHTY HEART (Ladjadj Stephan) on his inside which in turn passed it on to BERLUSCONI (B. Prakash) along the rails approaching the 800 Metres.
Trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda (deputizing for trainer Mr. Mohd. A Abbas) was fined Rs.2,000/- for not informing the change of equipment (Sircingle) in respect of his charge SCIMITAR (F.K. Shabuddin) which resulted in the rider weighing in 700 grams in excess in relation to weighing out.
