Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for his negligence in accepting his charge THE FIRST BULLET to run in this race without getting it passed in the Mock Race, when he had specifically advised to do so after its last run. Subsequently it was withdrawn from the above race.
SPLENDID DANCER (M. Kumar) was slowly away and lost a couple of lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of CUTE ANGEL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g COUNT ROYAL.
