Jockey J.H. Christopher, the rider of SUNDAY CRUZ, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SPOOK (Y.S. Srinath) on his inside which in turn passed it on to HEART OF GOLD (P. Trevor) before passing the red marker post. Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of HILL RISING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to SPANISH CONQUEST (P.S. Chouhan) on his inside which in turn passed it on to GREY MATTER (K.P.G. Appu) before passing the red marker post. Jockey Valdir De Sousa, the rider of IBELIEVEINMIRACLES, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 150 Metres. Jockey B.L. Paswan the rider of HILL RISING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to SARATOGA SPRING (D.K. Ashish) in the final 100 Metres of the race. Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of SWISS DON, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
