Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S.Inayathulla to substitute Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride LUCKY SAM in place of Jockey Vivek the declared rider.
 
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Narredu to withdraw YAWAR on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to inflammed hoof. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
VIOLENT STORM (P.S. Chouhan) was examined at the starting gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to have sustained a cut injury as LIGHTNING EXPRESS (R. Anand) kicked it on the way to the starting gates resulting in haemmatoma on the neck. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Jockey R. Anand, the rider of LIGHTNING EXPRESS, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing LUCKY SAM (Ryan Marshall) on his outside approaching the 700 Metres.
 
Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of MIDTOWN DELIGHT, was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
Jockey Indrajeet Singh, the rider of FINAL COUNT DOWN was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course passing the 200 Metres.
 
FINAL COUNT DOWN (Indrajeet Singh) sustained bleeding cut injury on right thigh.
