Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge AEROSMITH  (N. Rajesh).  Subsequently "all black" emergency colours were permitted to be used. 
 
It was observed that in a closely packed field DIVINE DELIVERANCE (Suraj Narredu) shied away from the horse on its outside SANDSTORM (P. Trevor) thereby it shifted in and caused interference to CHIRON (S. Zervan) which in turn passed it on to ENTERTAINER (Neeraj Rawal) on its inside before passing the red marker post. 
 
Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of ENTERTAINER, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. 
 
Jockey Fr'co F DaSilva, the rider of SMOKEHEAD, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. 
 
VIEW FROM ABOVE (M. Noornabi) ran detached from the field.  Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 
 
Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SANDSTORM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
 
SMOKEHEAD (Fr'co F DaSilva) sustained a cut injury on left hind pastern.
