MAGIC WAVE (Suraj Narredu) was examined at the starting gate and was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LUCKY SAM (Vivek) was extremely fractious and refused to remain inside the starting stall. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of SARANG, reported that his mount was hanging in, after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory riding of his charge THEJAGUAR in the above race.

Jockey G. Deepak Singh the rider of THEJAGUAR, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

Jockey A.R. Pradeep, the rider of NATIVE INDIAN, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 400 Metres.

Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of HATCHET HARRY, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.
