Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw WILD NEXUS (P. Mulrennan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from Urticaria. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LADS GLADIATOR (A.R. Pradeep) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaivour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey R. Vaideeshwaran, the rider of AFFIRMATIVE, reported that his mount was inclined to run out passing the 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Club Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have burst its blood vessel. Trainer Mr. Faraz was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club 's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M. Noornabi, the rider of RED BOLT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position between the 1000 Metres till about rounding the final bend.

AFFIRMATIVE (R. Vaideeshwaran) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.
